Arrival

Please book your flight arriving at Juan Santamaria International Airport in San José (SJO). It is best to arrive between 11am and 4pm on November 17th. The welcome dinner will be at 6pm sharp, so please arrive by 4pm.

Airport pick up will be via coach in groups of 10 people. Cost is $10 per person (cost not included in conference fees).

Departure

Please book your flight leaving Juan Santamaria International Airport (SJO) after 1:30pm on Friday, November 21, 2008. This way you have time to get to your flight on time after the conference is finished. The last meal will be lunch on Friday, so feel free to leave at any time after 1:30pm.
